‘Food for Thought’ – film reviewed in Colby College Magazine

The summer issue of the Colby College Magazine features a review of the film, “After I Pick the Fruit.” The review, written by Rocio Orantes Carey, of Maine Migrant Health,  encapsulates the lives of the women in the film while placing the film within current immigration politics.  The film’s Director, Nancy Gottlund Ghertner, is a 1971 alumni of Colby College. The film had screened at the Railroad Cinema in Waterville, Maine during February of 2013.
